Clarke Products Limited Warranty    
Two Year Limited Warranty
Clarke Product's limited warranty covers the product for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the original user. The warranty covers the unit and factory installed components against defects in material or workmanship. Clarke Products will repair or replace the unit or its components at the option of Clarke Products.
 
Ten Year Limited Product Warranty
All Clarke shower bases carry a ten year limited warranty. The warranty shall apply to defective acrylic surfaces which crack, fade or blister, and may defect the shower base system. The warranty covers the unit and factory installed components against defects in material or workmanship. Clarke Products will repair or replace the unit or its components at the option of Clarke Products.
 
Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
Clarke Products, Inc. warrants all kitchen sinks to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the sink to the original user with the following limitations and exclusions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
normal wear and tear
improper installation of the product
the use of acid, abrasives, scouring powders or alcohol based cleaners may cause surface damage and will void the coverage of this warranty
modification or alteration of this product
use of the sink for purposes other than intended
all labor charges associated with removal and reinstallation, freight charges or any incidental expenses

Warranty Limitations
Clarke Product's limited warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by the common carrier, handler, installer, user, or other person. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by careless handling (e.g., lifting the unit by the plumbing, scratching the finish, etc.), modification to the unit, improper installation including installations not in accordance with installation instructions provided, misuse, improper operation, neglect of routine maintenance, failure to follow care and cleaning instructions provided (e.g., use of abrasive cleaners), and acts of God.
In addition, Clarke Products will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from defects that should have been discovered prior to installation. This limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor, transportation, or other costs associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of a replacement unit. This limited warranty also does not cover costs associated with gaining access to a unit for repair. In addition, this limited warranty does not cover any loss of use damage, including loss of sales, profit, or business advantage of any kind under any circumstance.
 
Responsibility of Others
Inspection of the unit is the responsibility of the installer prior to installation. This is to ensure that the unit is free of damage or defects. Units that exhibit defects must not be installed. Clarke Products is not responsible for damages that could have been discovered by proper inspection and testing of the unit prior to installation. Clarke Products is also not responsible for damages occurring during the installation process or thereafter.
It is the responsibility of the installer to understand and comply with all building codes. Clarke Products is not responsible for products installed that do not comply with all local, state, and federal building code requirements.
Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage is discovered, it must immediately be reported to the carrier and the seller. Contact the carrier and request an inspection of the damaged product. A freight claim should be filed after the inspection by the carrier is completed.
